This is the original iconic light box by Lilly's Lightbox Company. We have been making light boxes in our rural workshop since 2010, and featured them at many design festivals and pubs throughtout the UK. Each one is still lovingly crafted by us in FSC certified oak wood or made from upcycled vintage drawers.

This artwork is a licensed transparency of an original advertisement drawn by Andre Edouard Marty for the London Underground in 1933.
Form & Function
An E27 LED lightbulb with the equivalent 60W power means that the lightbox illuminates any room just like a primary light source and unlike most other widely available lightboxes, ours are highly sustainable as the bulb can be easily accessed and exchange if required, guaranteeing decades of joy, either by sliding up the artwork to access the bulb, or by reaching into it through a discreet hole at the back of the light box.
